At the National Library of France until February 24th, 2017, you can discover an exhibition dedicated to the American photographer Richard Avedon.

Over 200 photographs will plunge you into the artist's universe and his intimate relationship with France. Celebrated for his fashion photography and celebrity portraits, Avedon created iconic images featuring the likes of Jean Cocteau, Coco Chanel, Catherine Deneuve and Isabelle Adjani, among many others.

His collaborations with major magazines such as Harper's Bazaar helped to define concepts of style, beauty and culture.
