The famous music hall called the Olympia is located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, a few steps from the Madeleine Church. Opened in 1893, over the years this concert venue has hosted some of the greatest musicians and performers in the world, from Frank Sinatra to Charles Aznavour, by way of the Beatles, the Doors, Moby, Jimi Hendrix, Jacques Brel and many more. The legendary Edith Piaf was also one of the great icons of the Olympia.
Today, the Olympia continues to feature a wide variety of international music stars (as well as comedians) and present dozens of concerts a year.
