A new exhibition at the Grand Palais. Gauguin the Alchemist features over 200 works (53 paintings, 28 ceramics, 44 sculptures and wood carvings, 69 engravings and 35 drawings) and offers an unprecedented glimpse into the artist’s extraordinary creative process.

In collaboration with the Art Institute of Chicago and the Musée d'Orsay, this exhibition allows us to study in depth Gauguin's experimental work in various media and his ability to push the limits in each.
